A Sharp Dressed Guy…

mjscott2_300_600wHappy new year to all of you BBs out there! We hope you’ve had a fantastic holiday season. Today, I have a special guest for you, talking about a subject that’s close to all of our hearts 🙂 Welcome, Melanie!

Hello all, I’m very happy to be back in the Lair (thank you Christina and the Bandits for letting me come play again!)

AngelInArmani_300_600hNow that the holiday craziness is over and it’s 2015 (really? How is that even possible?), I wanted to talk about a very important topic…the impossible hotness of men in suits.  Now the hero of my first New York Saints book, The Devil in Denim wasn’t a suit fan. He liked jeans. A blazer, shirt and tie with his jeans was probably as close as you were going to get him to a suit for daily life (stubborn, that Alex). But Lucas, the hero of book 2, Angel in Armani is a surgeon. And he likes a good suit.

I have to admit, so do I. Particularly on men who wear them well. There’s just something about a man in a well-cut suit that makes me a little week at the knees.

It doesn’t matter if it’s pinstripes:

Or your classic [black/navy]

I love them all. And don’t even get me started on the magical powers of a good tuxedo (I mean, just look…)

And I have to confess that my heroine, Sara, has the same problem as me. She kind of falls for the gorgeous Lucas and his gorgeous suits before they’ve really ever had a conversation. Which leads to a little bit of trouble down the line. The best kind of trouble :D.

So how about you? What do you like to spot a guy wearing? A suit? The classic white t-shirt and jeans? Bad boy leather perhaps? Or maybe nothing at all….?

Tell me and we can drool together. And to celebrate the joy of suits and the joy of having a new book out, I’m giving away two copies of either The Devil in Denim or Angel in Armani (winners’ choice!).
