Beefcake for my Birthday

November and Birthday 033Don’t you love getting exactly what you want for your birthday?  Isn’t that the best thing? Grins.

So, today’s my birthday and my boys – the DH, Eldest and Youngest Sons – did their best to make a weekend of it.  It started Friday night when I got to go out with some girlfriends.  (Their idea of “time-off for Mom”)  This was indeed fun, but the REAL fun was yesterday.

On Saturday, I got a FABULOUS present.  I got this on Saturday – the day before my birthday – because we’re supposed to get a major Winter Weather Event on my actual birthday.  This is, of course, fine with me, since I’m the Winter Queen, but it does tend to curtail activity since no one ’round here can drive in chris-hems-sexy-port2_zps6424e208messy weather.  (This includes rain, by the way.  Although DC drivers seem to be able to create havoc without any help from the weather!)

Back to the point, however, what, you might ask, did I get?

220px-Thor_-_The_Dark_World_posterYes, you read that correctly.  My boys gave me something any gal would want.  Delicious, beefy, yummy, wonderful-looking MEN!!!  Bwahahahah!

Most of the day was fairly typical for a Saturday, including errands and kid stuff.  However, after all that regular stuff we went to see THOR, THE DARK WORLD.  Ohhhhh!  The deliciousness of beefcake in THAT movie is just….just….yeah.  First, of course, there is Chris Hemsworth.  Total Hottie McHottie.  That, however, doesn’t negate the sheer mesmerizing creative fabulousness of Tom Hiddleston, as the villain-turned-possible-hero-or-is-he?, playing Thor’s adopted brother Loki.  Loki was the villain of the initial Thor movie and in The Avengers as well, seeking not only the throne of Asgard, but dominion over Earth as well.

400px-Tom_Hiddleston_by_Gage_SkidmoreTom Hiddleston is brilliant in all these films.  Sly.  Creative.  Devilishly attractive, even for a bad guy.  Grins.

One of my favorite heroes also made a brief appearance – Captain America played by the most delicious Chris Evans.  Triple delight.  Hemsworth, Hiddleston and Evans.  Oh, my!! (Photo of Tom is by Gage Skidmore for Wikimedia Commons)000syz26

Then after our wonderful fun of the movie, Hubby and I dropped the boys with the babysitter we had arranged and went out to dinner.  Where did I wish to go? my darling husband asked.  Buffalo Wild Wings to watch football.  I got an enormous grin from my darling hubby.  He knows me well.

So, with great delight, we ate sticky BBQ wings and watched football.  After the incredibly high-scoring Auburn/Missouri game (WILD!) we watched simultaneous broadcasts of the Duke/Florida State game, and the Ohio State/Michigan game.  Now those of you who are regulars know that I am a football fan.  Actually that should be capitalized as FOOTBALL FAN.  I lived in Ohio for a while and one of my brothers is an Ohio 170px-Duke_Blue_Devil_mascot_croppedState grad.  Then again, Banditas Suz and Donna are HUGE OSU fans.  So I was keenly interested in that one.

Love me some Duke, but usually am rooting for them in basketball.  This year – an historic year for Duke – they won, and won, and won…in FOOTBALL!!  Amazing.  Now, have to confess that they got stomped in the ACC Championship game with Florida State (probably revenge for how often Duke kicks their collective bums in basketball!)  However, they played hard, and GOT THERE.  Amazing for Duke.  Proud of my team.  Go Blue Devils!!220px-Karl_Urban_2012

It’s been a great few years for movies coming out on my birthday and that has led to some ASTOUNDING Beefcake for My Birthday.  Grins.  I have been watching two fabulous shows on TV recently, one of which features a major piece of said beefcake in the person of Karl Urban.  Karl played both Eomer, a Rider of Rohan in the Lord of the Rings movies – Yumbo! – but he also played Dr. Leonard “Bones” McCoy in the reboot of the Star Trek series.  DOUBLE YUM!  And, although I had hoped HE – Karl Urban – would have been chosen for Thor, he’s fabulous as Bones, as well as in the new TV show, Almost Human.  (Check THAT one out for some serious beefcake! Oh and Tom Mison in Sleepy Hollow as well….slurp!!)

260px-Armitage_New_York_December_2012All the LOTR movies came out at the holidays, and oh, my, was that fun.  That’s Legolas, Aragorn, Boromir, Eomer….yeah.  Beefcake.  This year, the second HOBBIT movie is going to be out, featuring our perennial Lair favorite, Richard Armitage as Thorin Oakinshield.  Got to see his yummy self in the previews tonight since Hobbit comes out in a few days.  That got us talking about The Avengers (Richard was in Captain America) and we got to see the trailer for Captain America, The Winter Soldier.  MORE Beefcake!  MORE Chris Evans!!  Oooooooh!!!  Scrumptious!!  And of course, Avengers was a total beefcake movie – Downey Jr., Evans, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye….nummy.Captain_America_The_Winter_Soldier

We recently also saw Rise of the Guardians.  Now this is an animated movie, but Chris Pine (beefcake), Jude Law (more beefcake), and the ultimate beefcake, Hugh Jackman.  Siiiggggh!  This has been out for a couple of years, but it’s total fun.  Their voices are enough…mostly…for me.  Grins.

So, it’s already been a good birthday and its hardly started.  Weather permitting, we’re going to have a nice meal with friends and see another movie, FROZEN.  This one too is animated – taking the kids! – and is evidently hot at the box office.  Alas, no beefcake (not even in the voices on this one) but it should be fun!

So Banditas and Buddies, what’s the Holiday Movie Release you most looked forward to?  LOTR? The new Hunger Games movie, Chasing Fire?

Do you have a “new favorite” holiday movie – something like Frozen or Rise of the Guardians? 220px-Rise_of_the_Guardians_poster

What’s your old favorite Holiday Movie?  (Mine’s White Christmas, must confess…)

Who’s your favorite beefcake?  Someone listed or someone else?  Grins.200px-Shemar_Moore_Cannes_2012

Have you ever had Beefcake for your birthday?

Are you a fan of all the SuperHero movies?   They’ll be introducing Falcon next.

Eldest Son and I are rooting for the Black Panther to be the next SuperHero to be introduced.  I want Shemar Moore to play him…..ooooooh, plllllleeeeeeeaseeeeee!…..  Grins.  (And saying that gave me the perfect excuse to post a photo of him….ohhhh, yeah!)

Who’s your Beefcake?

Tell all!!

Is he still staying with me 🙂

    Have Fun

  • Kaelee says:

Happy Birthday Jeanne. You are so nice to share your beefcake with us. Wowsers ~ what a great bunch. I love blogs like this as I get to look at what’s new out there. Got to keep this old heart pumping somehow.

  • Helen says:

Happy Birthday Jeanne sounds like you have had a great time 🙂

I don’t go to the movies very much at all or watch movies on TV but I did see the first Thor movie a couple of weeks ago with one of my grandsons while I was at there place and I must say I really enjoyed it the scenery was awesome 🙂

I love some of the old Christmas movies Miracle on 34th Street White Christmas Home Alone and Hugh Jackman would be my favourite beefcake.

The Rooster and I have just got home from a lovely lunch in The City with my romance reader friends and it is hot over here the air con is on and it is time to rest after a lot of chocolate from The Lindt Cafe

    Have Fun

    • Cassondra says:

Oh, Helen, glad you had a great time with your friends!

I wouldn’t suggest watching any of the Superhero movies if you’re trying to cool off.

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Heehee, Cassondra’s right. The scenery in ALL the superhero movies is HOT!! Ha! It always tickles me to be chatting with people on the other side of the world who are using the air con whilst our plows are out plowing the roads. :>

  • Jane says:

Happy Birthday, Jeanne. My favorite newish holiday movie is Elf. I guess A Christmas Story is my oldie favorite(from the 80s.) Chris Evan is my favorite, though Tom Hiddleston is a close second. Tom can do no wrong and he’s an awesome dancer, too. I’m a huge fan of the comic book movies. Can’t wait for Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

    • Cassondra says:

Jane, Elfis one of my favorites, too! We need to buy that movie. Every year I want it, and it’s always rented at the store through the whole season.

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Hey Jane! I’m jonesing for Winter Soldier too. Seeing the trailer in the movie Sat. night was SO COOL!! And of course, getting a glimpse of Cap in Thor was cool too. :>

I haven’t let my boys watch Elf yet, altho I think they may be of the right age now. :>

Cassondra, you’ll HAVE to buy it. Really. Maybe I’ll get it for you as a stocking stuffer! Heehee

  • Barb says:

Happy birthday Jeanne … I like any Christmas movie and I like Pierce Brosnan as a hunk …. But that could be showing my age lol
The rooster really enjoyed himself today with all of us romance readers … He was really spoilt lol…. And he behaved himself quite well

    • Cassondra says:

Barb, I’m glad the rooster behaved himself on the outing with all of you. I suspect he was afraid Helen would withhold TimTams if he didn’t act right.

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Hey Barb! I’m glad the Rooster comported himself well. Cassondra’s right, he was probably in fear of losing his Tim Tam connection. Snork!!

I adore Pierce Brosnan too. He’s that lean, long runner’s build. SO slurpy!!

      • Cassondra says:

That’s my favorite kind of “guy build” actually. I mean, Iike muscle, but I like the “farm boy” or “runner” muscle more than the gym rat muscle.

  • Amy Conley says:

Happy Birthday Jeanne. Glad all your birthday wishes came true.
As far as beefcake I had this conversation with a couple girls the other day at the grocery store. They were drooling over Adam Levine as PEOPLE’S SEXIEST MAN. I disagreed and said I was into “real men” and to me Adam is but a child. Please give me Hugh Jackman or a silver haired George Cloony. I’d also take a Josh Hollaway, OMG YUM!
This was just the conversation I needed to get warmed up.We got the storm already and now they are telling more for today.

    • Cassondra says:

Amy we got hardly any snow, but it’s gorgeous outside because of the layer of ice all over everything. It’s not so heavy that trees will break, which is just perfect!

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Hey Amy! I’m an Adam Levine fan in many ways – great musician, nice to look at – but I so would not call him the sexiest man alive. Grins. I like my men a bit….beefier….as you can tell. Grins. He’s also a bit to tatted up for my taste. Ha!!

And your choices are just…yummy! Grins.

  • Happy birthday, Jeanne! Wahooooooooo! Sounds like you’ve had a fabulous few days. All to celebrate the wonder of you! Love the sound of Thor. I haven’t seen it yet but I’ve got a major crush on Tom Hiddlestone. Last year it was Chris H – still love his wonderful deep voice and his wonderful hard body. Sigh. But I don’t know, there’s something irresistible about the twinkle in Loki’s eyes! My fave holiday movie is Christmas in Connecticut, the old one with Barbara Stanwyck. So funny and clever and romantic!

    • Cassondra says:

Anna, we’ve got a whole box full of those old holiday films from Steve’s mom. We’ve got to find a VCR so we can watch them!

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Oh! I love Christmas in Connecticut too!! Yay!!

And isn’t Tom Hiddleston fabulous? OMGosh. That twinkle….yeah, I’m all for that. Bwahahahah!!! And he’s such a good bad-boy, isn’t he? (He continues that in this movie, I must say…)

As to celebrating ME, I’m late to the blog today because my boys didn’t realize I was blogging today and took me out for brunch with friends. I couldn’t get on the internet in the restaurant either. *eye roll* So I’m late to my own party! Ha!

  • Minna says:

Happy Birthday! Favorite beefcake? At the moment that would be Chris Hemsworth. Haven’t seen the latest Thor movie yet, though. And my favorite Holiday Movie is Scrooged.

MythTickle comic (with Thor) by Justin Thompson:

Annie Lennox & Al Green – Put A Little Love In Your Heart

    • Minna says:

Katy Perry – Roar – Parody (Thor)

    • Cassondra says:

Minna I really liked Scrooged but I always wished for a little different ending. Hmmm…I may need to watch that again.

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Hey Minna! I love Scrooged! I am with my Twin, Cassondra, in that I wish the ending had been a weeee bit more positive, but it’s so clever, really, the update on the old story.

My fav version of Dickens though is the muppets. LOVE the Muppet Christmas Carol. It’s just so….muppety. Hahah!

  • Ada says:

Happy birthday, Jeanne!! Lucky you getting all that beefcake 🙂

I have to say I look forward to all Marvel movies so the next Captain America and Avengers movies, for sure. As for holiday movies, you can’t really beat Elf. I’m just like Buddy when it comes to Christmas!

All your beefcake choices are spot on. Tom Mison’s my current fave beefcake ’cause really, he’s the only thing that makes me look forward to Mondays lol But I have to many other faves to name. And oh yes, Shemar Moore, you can share his pic any day for no reason at all!

    • Cassondra says:

Ada, the slurp factor is really, really high with Shemar. Just sayin. *slurp*

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Ada! My sister! Yes, I can and probably will share Shemar any time, any where – or his picture anyway. Hahahha!! I follow him on Twitter too. #fangirl He’s just yummy.

As for Tom Mison, he is a fabulous reason to look forward to Mondays – or it maybe Tues in my market – anyway….Great show, fun premise and, hey, TOM!!

  • Laurie G says:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! WOW You sure had an event filled weekend.

Gerard Butler in 300 and Phantom of the Opera especially when he sings POINT OF NO RETURN towards the end and David Beckham soccer star Carrie Underwood’s husband , hockey star Mike Fisher is also a hottie!

    • Laurie G says:

OOPS forgot to add that my favorite Christmas movie is PRANCER followed by Will Vinton’s Christmas special A CLAYMATION CHRISTMAS.

I also like the children’s movie Christmas Eve on Sesame Street.

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Ah, Gerrrrrrrard! Serious slurp factor there…esp in 300. OMGosh, he beefed up beautifully for that role! :> I have a friend who loves Brad Pitt. She raves about his beefing up in Troy. I just scoff. If that is beefed up, he’s sadly in need of some steroids. SNORK!!! He’s another of those with the long, lean build that may be muscular, but never beefy.

      Chris Hemsworth now….beef.

  • Connie Fischer says:

Well you all can laugh if you want, but my favorite beefcake is my very own husband. He has the best physique and has maintained it all of the years we have been married. I’ll take him any day!

    • Cassondra says:

Connie *I* am not laughing. I think that’s amazing! Having a hunky husband is a great thing. You don’t have to look far to get your drool going. AND you get to keep him when the movie’s over!

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Yeah and yum!! What a great and wonderful thing to have your beefacke close to hand….so to speak. SNORK!!! I love that!! And good for him for maintaining it. That’s rockin’!

  • Karen H in NC says:

Well, hell….I can’t find a thing wrong with any of these guys….in fact, they’re all on my wishlist of yummy beefcake! But my real favorite has to be Shemar Moore…the man is so hot, he sizzles.

Oh, and BTW, Happy Birthday, Jeanne

    • Cassondra says:

Karen H, I keep going back and looking at the photos over and over. I have to say, although Chris is awfully, AWFULLY nice, I love Tom’s hair, and as someone else mentioned–that twinkle in his eye. I can’t wait to see if they can redeem him and make him a good guy. Wouldn’t that be just the thing?

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Nope, not one thing wrong. Grins. And WE have excellent eyesight. Bwahahaha!

      I do love that twinkle….

Had to LOL about Shemar’s sizzle. You got that right! :>

  • flchen1 says:

LOL! Glad you had a delightful birthday, Jeanne! Sounds just perfect 😉

  • Happy Birthday, Jeanne! I ordered the snow just for you.

    I wouldn’t mind a beefcake for my birthday…just sayin’… March 21…I expect a delivery.

My favorite holiday movie is Elf. It makes me laugh every time I watch it. Since I’m baking cookies today, I think it might be on the DVD at the same time.

    Have a great birthday!

    • Cassondra says:

Christie I love the music in Elf most of all I think. I was not a Will Ferrell fan until that movie, but I have to watch it at least once a year.

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Christie, I’ve made a note of that day! Grins.

      And cookies!! YAY!!!

Love that you’re going to watch Elf too. YOu and Cassondra!

  • Deb says:

    Happy, Happy Birthday, Jeanne!!

Hmmm, I don’t go to a lot of theater movies; DH doesn’t like Chick Flicks. We have Netflix and I have been watching the Christmas movies on the Hallmark channel. My fave Christmas movie is WHITE CHRISTMAS, but enjoy many others.

I really don’t have a fave beefcake. My DH is mine. 😉 From days of old, maybe Tom Selleck when he was Magnum, P.I.

Love all the Beefcake the boys are letting you indulge in! Uhm, let’s see…Chris Helmsworth (check), Tom Hiddleston (check), Chris Pine (Check), Karl Urban (check), Shemar Moore (check). I’d be adding Robert Downy Junior as Sherlock, Vin Diesel, and Brad Pitt (but only from Troy).

You’ll love FROZEN. The grandkids, daughters and I saw it last weekend.

    • Cassondra says:

Suz I may need to see Frozen That might be our actual “in-theater” movie for this year.

      • Jeanne Adams says:

We’ve had to forego the movie for this afternoon as the roads are getting bad. We didn’t want to come out of the theater and be unable to drive home safely! :>

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Ooooh, Vin Diesel! Yes! He’s just dreamy. Did you see him in Chronicles of Riddick? Oh, my!!

Suz, you and I have such a lovely list, don’t we?? (And add innumerable football and baseball players to it….I didn’t want the blog to get too long so I refrained)

  • Joan Kayse says:

Cake for your birthday? Yes please 😀

Happy, Happy, Happy one (phrase courtesy of Duck Dynasty). Sounds like you’re having a great one!

I loved Catching Fire but the movie I’m most looking forward to is Saving Mr. Banks. Combines two of my fav things…Tom Hanks and Disney!

As to Christmas movies, White Christmas is the best though Holiday Inn can’t be discounted.

Now you stay warm and snuggling up there. I’m off to melt some of this cold with my own beefcake..Keith Urban!

    • Cassondra says:

Joanie, Keith Urban may be my favorite male vocalist in country music right now. Incredible talent.

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Now, getting into country music, you can get some SERIOUS hotties!! :> Keith Urban, Blake Shelton, Trace Atkins….so many!!

I’m REALLY looking forward to that movie too, Joan – Saving Mr. Banks – as we saw the trailer at Thor. REALLY looks good!

      • Deb says:

Ooooh, Trace Adkins…He can sure sway those, um, hips. My husband thinks it’s funny how I “swoon” over Trace when we go to his concerts.

  • Cassondra says:

Good Lord, those are some pretty men. *goes back to look again*

LOTR is still my favorite ever. It’s going to take quite a lot to change that, though I do need to see the superhero movies. I loved Iron Man and haven’t seen any of the others yet. (Yes, I know. I’m REALLY behind.) It sounds to me like they’re doing a really good job with this series of films, and I’m glad about that. It would be such a shame if they blew it.

    Happy Birthday Jeanne!

Gosh, those are pretty men. *drools*

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Grins. Hi Twin! Knew you’d like my Birthday Display. Bwahahaha!!

YOu’ll love the series of Marvel Hotties. I’m so pleased that they’ve done them justice.

And cross your fingers that they choose Shemar for either Falcon or Black Panther….ohhhhh yeah!

  • Jo Robertson says:

Ooooh, Jeanne, you had me when you mentioned Tom Mison. He’s totally the look I like in a man, even if they’ve named him the unfortunate Icabod. I’m sure Washington Irving never had such a delightful-looking fellow in mind when he wrote the original story.

Ah, you almost had me nodding off on the football mentions (do NOT like me some football), but I do love the players.

Oh, definitely Shemar for Black Panther; he has nearly perfect features and such a sexy voice.

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Isn’t his voice just WONDERFUL?? He’ll say “Baby Girl” to Penelope in Criminal Minds and I just sigh.

And the way Irving describes Icabod is NOTHING like Tom Mison, but I’m so grateful they didn’t “go there” for the show. Tom is SO much more fun to enjoy!!

  • Caren Crane says:

Jeanne, happy birthday! I’m glad you’ve had a whole weekend of it, complete with AMAZING football! My daddy went to Auburn, so I had to grin when a guy in my Sunday school class came in wearing his Auburn sweatshirt today. Ha!

The holiday movies I have most anticipated were the LOTR movies and, now, the Hobbit movies. I am not someone who waits breathlessly for movie premieres, but those I anticipated big time. Love all of them! Can’t wait to see The Desolation of Smaug!

As for beefcake, there are few men I find unilaterally appealing, as you know. But I ave to say that I find Chris Hemsworth very appealing, though, as well as the always-wonderful Hugh Jackman and to-die-for Richard Armitage. Which really makes me wish my mother had married that Aussie cattle rancher back in the 70s. How different my life could have been! 😀

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Oooh, an Aussie Cattle Rancher! Sound yummy!

I’m so excited to see Smaug too, Caren. That is going to be GREAT!!! And then, there’s Richard too, so…hey, even if the movie stinks (which it won’t) we’d have Richard. Grins.

      Thanks for the birthday wishes!!

And it sounds as if you did it up right! One can never go wrong with BEEFCAKE !!

And it was so kind of you to share all of your prezzies with us.

It is cold and rainy here in ‘Bama, which is preferably to snow as no one here knows how to drive in snow. And I no longer own a horse so it would be hard for me to get to town.

I am definitely looking forward to the latest installment in The Hobbit series! RICHARD ARMITAGE !! Need I say more? And as a reward for getting my Golden Heart entries polished and uploaded (hopefully BEFORE the deadline) I will actually go to see this one in the theater next weekend.

And I do LOVE Gerard Butler in anything (or out of everything. SNORK!)

I am a Matthew MacFadyen fan and I can’t wait for the second season of Ripper Street to come out on DVD as it is chock full of VIctorian beefcake.

With Richard, Gerard, Matthew, add some Hugh Jackman, Alexander Skaarsgard, and David Gandy! Oh my!!

I have started watching my stack of Christmas movies to keep me in the spirit while I have to deal with Christmas at Walmart. Watching Scrooged right now – one of my favorites.

I love A Christmas Story, Elf, Christmas with the Kranks, Christmas Family Vacation, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, A Christmas Carol (I have everything from the early black and white versions through Jim Carey’s animated version) and of course It’s a Wonderful Life.

I also consider While You Were Sleeping and Last Holiday (Queen Latifah) Christmas movies.

Then I drag out the oldies but goodies – Christmas in Connecticut and Holiday Inn.

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Thanks you Duchess Louisa!! I adore Last Holiday with Queen Latifah! Love me some Queen Latifah and then, there’s LLCoolJ – what more need I say? He’s just….just….yep, GORGEOUS!! Grins.

I also love The Holiday with Jude Law, Jack Black and some women….snork!

Had to LOL about the horse. Pretty funny!!! And you GO GIRL on those GH entries!!

  • pjpuppymom says:

Happy Birthday, Jeanne! What a lovely birthday gift! Those men of yours know you well. I’m not into superheroes all that much but for Shemar Moore, I might make an exception. Now, that would be good casting! 😉

Had to grin at your restaurant of preference. Makes perfect sense to me! (I’m certain you’re not surprised by this. I was at the FSU-Duke game last night having a blast while keeping up with the MSU-Ohio State game on my phone. Went home a very happy girl with both my teams winners.

I may treat myself to FROZEN (looks adorable) and, like Joanie, I’m looking forward to “Saving Mr. Banks.” ELF is such a sweet movie. For classic favorites, “It’s a Wonderful Life” still tops my list.

    • Jeanne Adams says:

Hey PJ!!! For Donna and Suz’s sake I was rooting for OSU, and for my own sake, I was rooting for DOOOOOOOK!!!! However, Duke did great to make it as far as they did. I mean…it was DUKE in that championship game! WTH?? How did THAT Happen? Grins.

But hey, I was happy just to get to watch so much excellent football in one night. Really. And pro-football today, along with fun birthday wishes. Grins. So, Happy Me!

Glad you enjoyed it too. Frozen had to be “called off” for today as the weather was icy, sleety and fairly inclement. We’re hoping to see it next weekend.

Like you and Joan, I’m really excited about Saving Mr. Banks. Love Disney, Love Mary Poppins and love the idea of Hanks-as-Disney. Should be a blast!!

  • gamistress66 says:

you do know how to celebrate your b-day 🙂 have a happy great 🙂

  • Hey, Duchesse, happy birthday!!! Sounds like you’ve had a marvellous time.

As for beefcake, you’re adding to my list of must see movies. Want to see Thor (I know, I’ve been living under a rock to miss that one) and lots of others you’ve mentioned. The Hobbit 2 is coming out on Boxing Day here, and I’m looking forward to taking my 7yo to that because we’ve read it recently and seen the first instalment.

Have a great rest of the day! You deserve to be spoiled.
