KJ Howe writes international thrillers set in exotic locations. A graduate of Seton Hill University with a Master’s in Writing Popular Fiction, she has won three Daphne du Maurier awards for Excellence in Mystery and Suspense, she has finaled several times in the Golden Heart, and she was an American Title Finalist.

KJ is a medical, health, and fitness writer, and the Executive Director of ThrillerFest, a conference held in NYC every July hosted by the International Thriller Writers. She is currently represented by the Victoria Sanders Agency.
Travel and adventure are her passions. She has had the pleasure of riding racing camels in Jordan, learning how to surf in Hawaii, hanging upside down on the zipline in Costa Rica, and swimming with Great White sharks in South Africa. Toronto is her home, but she’s often missing in action.
