Happy Boxing Day 2016!

Well, it’s official.  The calendar has turned to a new page, and Christmas 2016 is over.  I feel as though I hardly had time to anticipate it before it was here, and now it’s gone. Some of you celebrate the holiday, and some of you don’t.  If you do, I hope yours was merry, and if you don’t, I hope you had a relaxing day. I hope those of you who celebrate Hanukkah or Kwanzaa are having a happy one. Our tree is a Fraser fir, with the same ornaments we use every year.  It looks much like very other

Christmas Love

I love Christmas.  It’s truly my favorite holiday of the year. Here’s my top five reasons for why Christmas rules. Introducing Nichole Christoff

My guest today, Nichole Christoff, is making her Lair debut.  I discovered Nichole when I saw a reference to her debut novel, The Kill List, on an RWA loop.  It sounded like my kind of book, so I grabbed it, devoured it, and started jonesing for more.  Nichole’s protagonist, Jamie Sinclair, combines the ability to kick serious butt with a very vulnerable heart.  Jamie’s fourth adventure, The Kill Sign, is out tomorrow, so Nichole is celebrating with us. Welcome, Nichole! Who is Jamie Sinclair? Jamie Sinclair is a private-investigator-turned-security-specialist with a long list of high risk, high profile clients who

Coming in December

Wow, it’s hard to believe the year is already coming to an end!  It’s a quiet month in the Lair, mostly with me hanging out unless someone else decides to pop in.  This is what’s on tap in the Lair for December: On December 5, Nichole Christoff discusses her Jamie Sinclair thrillers with Nancy.  They’ll chat about The Kill Sign, the latest release in the series, and anything else that comes to mind. Come join in.     On December 15, Nancy launches “The Magic Christmas Guy,” a Light Mage Wars holiday short story. It features Wayfarer Deputy Sheriff Mike McLean, the hunky
